Our Collection Policy includes all the information you need to know before donating your precious collection to the Aquarius Archives.
We encourage you to organise, edit and label your archives before donating them please. The better you are able to look after your stories archives the better we will be able to continue that care and share your stories. Archives that are chaotic, messy, full of duplicates or severely damaged by mould or pests may be more than our volunteers are able or willing to manage.
Whatever condition, we are glad to assess the significance of your collection and our capacity to look after it.
Please consider making a financial contribution towards our costs in accepting and housing your donation. We provide for the storage, protection and preservation of the current collection and the basis for further expansion.
