A well-worn felt hat associated with the 1973 Aquarius Festival in Nimbin, New South Wales. The hat is decorated with a rainbow band around the crown and several peace-symbol badges, along with a “Nimbin ’73” button and a colourful embroidered Aquarius Festival patch. The surface of the hat shows visible signs of age and use, including fading and small marks, suggesting it was worn during the festival period.
